Meet Pinsirin Jirabrovonkij, our dynamic product manager for enteral nutrition in Thailand, who kick-starts her day with an Americano with whey protein. Known for her good spirits, Pinsirin navigates between the office and fieldwork across Bangkok’s hospitals and drugstores.

"It is my passion to share my knowledge about the importance of enteral nutrition with the healthcare professional, drugstore staff and thus play an important role in the recovery of many patients," she shares.

Can you describe what a typical workday looks like for you?

I usually spend my working day directly at the customer's premises, advising them on our products and answering questions. I love talking to my customers and colleagues because I firmly believe that you can learn something new every day. It's the questions and experiences of my customers that make every day special.

What is the first thing you do at your job in the morning?

I start each day with an americano and a look at my calendar to get an immediate overview of all my upcoming appointments.

What is your favorite part about your job?

The exchange with customers and colleagues. My job shows me every day how important health is and how much we can all still learn about it. The exchange gives me the opportunity to learn something new every day and to use the experience of others.

I love being on stage and sharing my knowledge as a presenter, because I always feel the added value it offers patients.

What does your job at Fresenius Kabi mean to you?

My job shows me every day how important our health is. That’s why I’m proud to work for a company with real impact for the people around me.

If you’re with customers so often, do you see your colleagues at all?

We have meetings several times a month where we exchange ideas in person. We also see each other at various customer events and always have a great time together.
